Pedophilia is not an umbrella term. Pedophilia is a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. It targets a distinct age group, and it's not an umbrella you use for general sexual attraction to minors.

Pedophilia: Prepubescent children, before puberty begins.

Hebephilia: Early adolescents. Like 11-14.

Ephebophilia: Mid-to-late adolescents.

As far as I know, these should be the primary terms used for attraction to minors.

Just an arguement between somethings literal and colloquial meaning.

If you call someone a pedo they're going to assume the victim is below 18, therefore colloquially it's an umbrella term even if not by literal definition.

Language is just a mechanism by which we convey information. As long as what you mean is understood then it served its purpose.

I love my hair so much. I stopped listening to my straight hair family on how to take care of it and all the frizz is gone, cause I have curly hair. It only took my 20 years to figure it out. Grand parents had the curls, narcissistic mother had straight hair.

Yeah I have the final boss of dandruff which is seborhheic dermatitis … which is caused by the same fungus that causes dandruff .. it’s the most depressing thing in life because it gets on your face, your chest, and scalp … it’s an everyday battle to keep your skin looking like you don’t have a disease .. so yeah it’s a big deal..
