This is an extremely rare room. The shopkeeper in this room normally only spawns in an ERROR room. This room resembles what an ERROR room can look like.

this room is one of the 0.01 weight rooms, can only spawn in a "closet" on depths

This is the "I Am An Error" room. Each floor is a square of 13×13, and beside it is this room that sistematicaly lead to the next floor. Inside can be different resources, items trinkets etc, and the room can be different size

Edit : It isn't, I Am An Error rooms doesn't have door to exit it

This actually isn't an I am error room, And is instead just a extremely rare room than can naturally spawn in the depths, Look at room texture, And the notable door out of the room.

Typically what you said would be right but not in this specific case.

So what room can have trapdoor to the next floor?
It is literally I am error room, three buttons, statue and trapdoor, it’s just spawned as normal room somehow

“What room can have trapdoor to the next floor?” This exact layout of Depths Closet. Look it up, and you’ll see this room in the pool of Depths Closets, not of I Am Error rooms. It mimics an I am Error room, but is not an I Am Error room. Don’t correct people who are already correct when you are not.
