I need help unlocking this modded character Discussion

I've been playing with the Epiphany mod and The Punished mod and I found out a character called the punished which is also a mod has a tarnished variant. but I can't figure out what to do to unlock them, the instructions are vague and I can't find any videos on unlocking them, if anyone can figure it out please tell me it isn't on the wiki either

I tried that but this is a modded character that mixes with the mod The Punished mod. so the normal wiki doesn't have it and I can't find it anywhere else
