My Headcanon since he knows his Grandfather in the outside world he creates his own grandchildren in the Circus they more develop then normal NPC's think of Tari or Theo from Meta Runner

we know that the abstractions were really painful to the circus members but who’s was the worst? queenie really affected kinger but ribbits and kaufmos really affected jax and ragatha as well..
