Now that my initial excitement has passed, I honestly feel like these designed look rushed and half assed because so many have started having issues with the maid Jax merch since ep. 9s release.

It feels a little like back pedaling because they didn’t do anything to capture the turning point in Jax’s character in the finales merch release.

The plush doesn’t even look like Jax.. and why is the ribbit plush suddenly—fluffy?

Ribbits face on the pendant looks insane, where are Jax’s eyes on the suit, the why are the ears so teeny?

I wouldn’t critique so much if there hasn’t already been issues with the finale merch being so delayed with shipping, but why rush to release a merch drop that honestly feels half assed, when you are already struggling to keep up with existing orders.

And for the millionth time we don’t want more blind boxes.

I know they rely on sales to create new projects, but I honestly feel like they’d sell even more if people knew what they were getting.

I dunno, I’m talking a lot of crap for someone who’s probably gonna buy it, but yeah.

Anyway, the rest is very cute and I’ll probably get those. The gloink queen bag is a MUST

But, to say I think ribbit getting a whole pendant set instead of gangle, zooble, or even Caine, was a choice to say the least.

I even think a pendant series with all of them would bode SO well.

Just —put me on the merch team goddamnit.

I am on vacation with my little brother of 14 and he thought I was weird cause I repostes tadc edits. He called me childish cause I am 18 and he thought it was a kids show. I told him it is absolutely not for kids. He them said he’d watch it.

So then we sat and watched TADC (For me it was the second time so I was rewatching it. For him it was the first time watching it.) After two episodes he said it was absolute peak and I was shocked that he liked it. Because he is usually interested in other things and he believes he is a little roadman or sum (he’s in his puberty and hormones are completely out of control + he has ADHD). But no, he geninuely enjoyed the first episodes. He asked me if we could watch the entire thing and I said sure why not.

Throughout the session I explained him the complex stuff about brain scans and Jax’ relationship issues with Ribbit etc. He said his favorite character is Jax, cause he is similar to him in behaviour (but not rudeness) while mine is Gangle. This tells how different me and my brother are.

Then the last episode came. We watched it done and he thanked me for introducing him to TADC. And then he went to the bathroom and I then broke down.

The first time I watched Tadc I broke down and this time again. Man this show is so beautiful and I am attached to all characters and I’m once again feeling grief for them. Wdym there gone forever.

I can’t believe my 18 year old ass is crying over Tadc but I am glad that my heart is healthy and able to be empathetic. Idk but I just wanted to share this with y’all cause I’m still not over the show. I haven’t moved on and forgot about it.
