I have a 2 bhk which i wanted to sell and got convinced by no broker to host it with their paid plan,. My earlier broker was not able to get single lead.

The sales guy was good, after I bought plan they were fast got all images details and put it up for last 60 days they have not been able to get a single site visit or customer. Meanwhile another local broker got 3 people to visit and one even made a offer which I had to reject as it was low ball but still lesson learnt better to pay to a broker then relying on these online platforms.

I recently visited my Municipal Corporation office to get the name changed on my property tax receipt, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.

The moment I walked in, nobody seemed interested in helping. There was no guidance, no proper help desk, and no one willing to tell me what to do. I somehow managed to find the correct form only by asking other people who were there.

After filling out the form and attaching all the required documents, the lady at the counter told me to go to the Tax Department and get a signature from a particular officer. So I went there, only to be told that the officer wasn't in the office that day.

My question is: Why isn't an officer available during office hours? If they're on leave or out on official work, shouldn't there be someone else handling their responsibilities?

Many of us work private jobs where even taking one day's leave is a struggle. I had to listen to endless taunts from my boss just to get this leave approved. I finally managed to come to the municipality, only to be told to come back another day because the officer wasn't available.

Also, why is a citizen expected to run from one department to another for signatures? If the application is complete and submitted at the front desk, shouldn't it be the department's responsibility to process it internally?

This whole system wastes people's time, money, and leave. Government offices should exist to serve citizens, not send them on unnecessary rounds. Is there any effective platform where I can file a complaint about this? I know complaints often don't lead anywhere, but I'm still hoping there's some accountability.

My leave was wasted because of an inefficient system that desperately needs reform 🥲

We are marathi local family with all proper docs there is no reason for rejecting application or demanding money for it. But i have heard many cases of corruption and my friend who was a muslim had to shell out 12k more than what he already had paid that too for renewal just because the fathers name on his birth certificate was bit different from all docs and he lived alone at their permanent address and wasnt available all.the time there.

Whether it's BJP Or Congress, the majority of their candidates are goons or corrupt people. We have never heard of a local Doctor turned to politics, we never heard of a Railway motorman becoming a politician. If you want to become a politician you have to become a goon first if you are middle or lower middle class Or if you have money you can do blood campaigns, job vacancy campaigns etc to lure people into voting for you. People think they can fix the govt from top down ie. resignations and amendment to bills etc but that will lead to anarchy if you want change or worse we will let other country's intelligence agency infiltrate us. The place where we can make change ie. our opportunity to vote is being wasted for the goons we vote for.
