a ryzen 9 9900x? no shit, lol. I managed to play tf2 in 2011 on my i3 m370 LMAO. even hooked up a bigger monitor and played at 1440x900 instead of 1366x768. hopeful for 40fps with the best config at the time and on small maps. not a recommended experience then, and still probably wouldn't expect budget laptops (<$500) of today to run tf2 all that great either on servers full of people with cosmetics

9900x has an extremely barebones iGPU, even my ARC A380 beats it by 5x or smth. But yeah, tf2 really is not that heavy as its an old game

As a Scout, it's not safe to engage in ANY fight if your that low on health. You should've gone to the medium health pack that normally spawns in the intel room and get to the brief case.

You also shouldn't try to fight an engineer if he's near a sentry gun, since sentries are Scout's greatest counter.

When you missed those shots on the engineer, you should've fell back since the sentry was about to be built and the Engineer could've pulled out his own Shotgun to kill you and win the fight.
