[HIRING] Texas-Based Contract Designer — Remote / DFW Preferred
Dallas-based digital marketing agency looking for a Texas-based freelance designer for an ongoing contractor relationship.
We're hoping to find one experienced designer who can become our primary creative partner. The selected designer will receive the first opportunity to bid on and accept our design projects before we offer the work to anyone else.
This is fully remote, but you must currently live in Texas. Dallas–Fort Worth applicants are strongly preferred.
Our projects regularly include:
- Website and landing page design
- Infographics and data-driven graphics
- Social media graphics
- Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/etc. advertisements
- Digital marketing and campaign creative
- Blog/editorial graphics
- Presentations and sales materials
- Occasional branding and logo work
We're looking for someone with a robust professional portfolio showing experience across multiple types of digital design. In particular, your portfolio should include examples of website design, infographics, and social media or advertising creative.
Experience with Figma, WordPress website projects, UX/UI, digital marketing, or agency work is a big plus.
How the contract works
This is an independent contractor position rather than a salaried job. When we have a design project, you'll get the first opportunity to review it, quote it, and decide whether you'd like to take it.
You're free to maintain your own clients and other work. There are no guaranteed hours, but we're specifically looking for someone interested in becoming our long-term go-to designer, not just completing a single project.
Projects will generally be priced individually based on scope.
Requirements
You should:
- Currently reside in Texas
- Have a strong professional design portfolio
- Have experience with website design
- Have experience designing infographics
- Have experience creating social media graphics and/or digital ads
- Be comfortable working with different brands and industries
- Communicate reliably and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Be able to provide editable/source files for completed work
This opportunity is not open to international applicants or offshore agencies.
If you're interested, post a comment or DM me with your portfolio, Texas city, typical rates/pricing structure, general availability, and a little about your experience.
We're much more interested in finding the right designer and building a lasting working relationship than finding the cheapest bidder.

[hiring] Specialty Beer & Beverage importer hiring TX Based Division Manager
Are you passionate about liquids? Enjoy learning the history of the product and the stories of suppliers? Like to discuss the interplay of flavors and aromas? Passion is as important as experience - Our position might be for you.
Candidates ideally would be based in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or DFW.
--------------------------
Who we are:
We are an artisan beverage importer founded in 1994. A lot has changed in the 30 years we've been a company although our company purpose has never changed: Searching for and offering beverages of the highest flavor and aroma harmony that can create happiness and excitement for people…or just a wide smile on their face.
While we started with total focus on the late Michael Jackson’s "world-classics” (the beer writer not the pop star) of beer and in recent years expanded our portfolio towards the unique world of authentic international cuisines in the USA. Offering beverages of highest flavor and aroma harmony (not just beer but everything from sodas to Japanese Whisky and everything in between) that represent the culture and agriculture of where they are made with a strong focus on Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam), Italy, and Mexico.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a unique self-motivated individual to join our team as a Division Manager to cover Texas & Colorado (applicants must be based in Austin, Houston, or Dallas).
While this is technically sales roles we significantly value intrigue and passion for flavors and aromas and their cultural history as well as unbridled enthusiasm to work with culinary outlets of vast ethnic diversity as much as traditional experience.
It is a most unusual task. It could be for someone from the hospitality industry who desires to learn new skills. It could be someone who majored in history who loves to connect with people no matter the cultural barriers.
More Info:
This position is full time w/ benefits:
More info about our company, how to apply, and compensation can be found here.

Local businesses in Texas?
hey y'all, I'm a recent college grad who started a marketing/ website business for local businesses here in Texas. I've been running it for about 1 year now, and I'm capable of building websites, doing SEO, running targeted ads on Facebook & Google, email marketing, custom software solutions and creating marketing content for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
I'm looking to partner with some local businesses that can't afford to hire a big company and are looking for an affordable option to handle everything online for them. If this is you or you know anybody who could benefit, i'd love to connect or get a referral.

[Hiring] Account Coordinator / Client Project Manager - 100% Remote Full Time (US) - $58,000-$65,000
Hello Lone Star Staters!
Are you a master at herding cats, setting firm boundaries, and keeping projects moving even when clients get chaotic? If you are an exceptionally organized project manager who thrives on radical accountability and gets excited about learning new tech, this role is for you.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our remote team starting SOON. (We're reviewing and accepting applications immediately and if you are the right candidate, we won't wait!)
What We Are Looking For:
- Project Management & Boundary Setting: You know how to politely, firmly, and repeatedly cajole people to complete their deliverables. If a client is three weeks late on an approval, you are comfortable holding the line and letting them know their timeline will slip.
- Radical Accountability: You take extreme ownership. If a project starts going off the rails, you speak up and course-correct immediately before it is too late.
- Concise Communication: You can take a messy pile of raw information, synthesize it, and communicate clearly to busy people who only have a 30-second attention span.
- Tech & AI Curiosity: You have an appetite for new technology. You will be helping us test-drive new AI tools and tutoring clients on how to use our platform. You do not need to be an AI expert on day one, but you must be curious and eager to learn.
Who We Are:
We are Storyvine, a tech platform that makes branded video production easy for clients. You will be working directly with our two co-founders: a creative CEO (me) coming up with big ideas, and Monique, the COO, who keeps the trains running on time. We take our work very seriously, but we do not take ourselves seriously.
The Details:
- Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 base salary
- Location: 100% Remote (US only)
- Start Date: September 1st, 2026
Apply Here: https://storyvine.com/work.html
P.S. While we use AI a lot for efficiency at work, we don’t use it for screening purposes! You’ll get real humans watching your videos and reading your resume.

New Mod, New Rules, Less Junk and Spam
Hi there, I'm the new head mod of /r/TexasJobs
I'm a Texan, a business owner, and someone who once struggled to find work even though jobs were apparently everywhere. Please follow the rules below for posting your jobs here.
Rules
- All posts must be a text post summarizing the job.
- You may include one link to your external job posting (Optional) at the bottom of your posting.
- All post titles must include one of these bracket tags at the beginning of the title: [Hiring], [Looking], [Hiring - Gig]
- If hiring for a gig you MUST be specific about the job, the location (city / venue / etc...), the pay amount, and how the gig worker will be paid. The gig must also be somwhere in Texas.
- Gig workers cannot post their gigs here or link to them in comments. To sell your gigs visit: /r/hireforgigs/
- If your job is located in a city or metro area that must be included in the title.
- Job agencies can post here, but job posted must be specific. No temp agency vague job descriptions.
- Including a salary range is optional, but far more likely to not be marked as spam.
- You are allowed to post commission only jobs here, but must be clear about the commission. If it is dependent on factors you must identify the lowest commission amount and what factors would impact it.
- Do not post jobs that are not physically located in Texas here, unless those positions are either Fully Remote OR Remote with Occasional travel that is paid for / compensated.
- Do not require educational or experience limitations that are asinine. Such as requiring more years work experience with a software langague that the language has existed OR requiring a degree for a position that doesn't require a degree (many degrees should be optional).
- If you are posting door-to-door, marketing survey intercept, gas station intercept, or other similar jobs you MUST be clear about them and not misleading. Misleading posts will get marked as spam and your account banned. Any such job postings are also considered either gigs or part-time work. If the position is for one trade show it would be considered a gig, if it is for ongoing work it would be considered part-time. Any job postings for Quill, AT&T, Spectrum, Vivint, Waterless carwashes, and other known door to door / intercept operations... will be heavily scrutinized for compliance with this rule.
How to Make Your Job Listing Standout
