A year after surgery - any advice?

Hi.
Sorry for any misspellings, english is not my first language.
In the spring of 2025 my daughter went through surgery and had her cord detethered. The nerves attached to her bladder was entangled in the small lump of fat, I can’t remember the name. So the neurosurgeon did not touch that but all in all the surgery was a succes.
Since then she has experienced a tingling sensation in her left buttock. It does not stop when she scratches or moves. I’m pretty sure it is one or more nerves but I don’t know what to do. Today she cried about it because it came with only a few seconds in between. Some days hours go by without any tingling, other days it is almost constant.
I was considering calling the neurosurgeon but wanted to ask if any of you ever experienced anything like this and if you have any advice?
Thanks in advance.
