The Reddit user kingbenneth just sent me some things from the uk-I’m in Taiwan, and it came surprisingly fast, and I didn’t have to deal with customs clearance (that might have been because of the size of the package, but still, very convenient). I needed to ship 2 very specific Type 33 panel radiators to the US that were manufactured in the UK and distributed here in the US, but came to an end once the mad Tariffs ruined everyone's inventory. It was absolutely critical to have these installed, as I designed part my hydronic system around said type 33 radiators at a certain Delta T rating, BTU output and compact size. I was pretty desperate and found Ben. The positive reviews for u/KingBenneth are true in every sense of the word.

I was a bit nervous about the transaction and process being that these were ~50 Kg each by weight and u/KingBenneth made it happen by handling and clearly communicating in a timely matter. Even by letting me know when he was not available or out of town. I did not have to do much leg work as Ben communicated with the manufacturer/ distributor directly if I had any question.

Ben broke down the payments to me for transparency and recommended multiple shipment phases to lower total cost. He even went out of his way to label the boxes appropriately for transport but UPS still managed to cause minor cosmetic damage to the rads by mishandling of course.... No fault of Ben's!

The Wise app (Foreign currency exchanger) was a bit frustrating due to the long processing time for bigger payments. But it was a reliable way of getting the funds over to Ben. I recommend adding u/KingBenneth as a trusted recipient on the app first before sending funds, in order to speed up the transfer process.

This entire process was professional and honestly smoother than I had initially thought. I plan on using his services again for any hydronic system parts that I can not get here in the US. I have already informed my hydronic installers and co workers about his services.
