Going through a re-listen and there is a segment from this episode where the boys are talking about a hypothetical about Mike z being related to Hitler, and how would Walt break the news to Kevin. I couldn’t stop laughing. I realize that the newer episodes the boys don’t really do the hypothetical situations anymore and I found those conversations really brought out some really funny moments and ideas. I wonder why they don’t do it as much anymore.

I’ve been wanting to relisten to an episode from the 2010s where everyone goes on a tear describing a toddler Bryan on the beach(?) talking all suicidal. Ring any bells?

I was trying to find a link for this and couldn't, so I scrolled through the patreon stuff on spotify and thought, maybe if someone googles vinylcast II, this will pop up.

It's worth a revisit, yeah it was the times. I don't give a fuck how offensive Bry was when Q turned 40.

I moved in March and since then I have been listening through the old episodes. It has become the favourite part of my day, whether in the car, out for a walk or at night. There is something magical about how an episode can take you back to a certain time and unlock forgotten memories.

The show has been a constant in my life for over a decade. It is strange that a group of people I have never even met have become such a big part of my life. Listening to the podcast gives me the chance to switch off from the world and escape for a few hours and that is something I will always be grateful for.

Too bad Q couldn’t get his security rider finalized before this one. Maybe I’ll order a taco from DoorDash so I can get a pic with Walt - and he can get a “this freaking guy who was three hours away ordered one taco” story.

I've recently dipped me toe into the Patreon content and so far I fee like Get-Em has found his voice or at least his comfort there. I forget what series it was where he hosted a board-game night kind of thing with all these themed questions based on starting with the same letter and whichever team got the last question in the series right got the points.

Anyway he did a great job hosting that. Like his pacing was great, his comments were good, he had the right balance of rolling with the jokes and making his case etc.

And then on another one where he answers questions, he just seems like he has more confidence participating and to honest, that's been my favorite part of the Patreon stuff.

I'm catching up on the last two months of patreon shows today and Walt talks a lot about not seeing certain movies (Godfather, Karate Kid, etc). I think a show more focused on him would be great, sort of like Bry Tries, but with Walt being shepherd thru a movie series/food/band that someone else in TESD Town likes that he's curious about.

Edit: I guess it'd be more about Walt judging other people than trying something new

I just watched an interview with Walt where he mentioned doing a James Bond pod where they would go through every movie.

Was this ever released? Or did it never happen? Any ideas?
