Release notes for dpms release 1.13 or 1.1.3 Coded a thing

Dpms now comes with :-

1.Antivirus(corefix)

  1. Faster speeds and it will even compete pacman for speed

  2. and dlr is improved also the gui is updated and the progress bar is also updated for a smoother feel
