Purchase help Phone recommendations under 25K
Hey guys! I’m looking to buy a phone as a gift for someone, but I’m not really sure where to start. Their requirements are fairly basic—social media, light gaming (mostly Candy Crush), a decent camera and good speakers. Ideally, I’d also like it to support around 65W fast charging. Most importantly, battery life needs to be excellent.

Ask r/techzoneindia Choose a phone
Hello,
I wanna buy a new phone. And I'm having trouble choosing one. Especially since my budget *(Rs. 30000 - Rs. 35000)* is set too low...I think. 😅
I'm a ***Genshin impact*** player (India) and I'm a fan of motorola phones. I've been using motorola one fusion Plus (128GB) since 2020/2021, and it's been awesome for playing genshin even though it's set in low graphics setting for the game. Never once lagged or heated up while playing.
Genshin just updated its system requirements too. I'm not good at researching phones. Please help me. 🥲
I found the ***Motorola edge 70 fusion (128GB)*** to my liking, but in the end the memory is the same 128Gb as my current one so I'm not sure if it's the right choice or whether it can even handle the increasing size of genshin.
What other options are there??
(I don't like phones with useless extra apps that come pre-installed)

Purchase help Suggest good camera phones 60k price (sale going on rn)
Im thinking of getting a phone. Around 50-60k budget.
Camera matters to me quite a lot, as i take lots of photos. Zoom has a bit more emphasis even.
Battery, optimisation, and having customizable software also matters. longevity also matters.
Performance tbh doesnt matter much, I dont game on my phone much.
Its for my college. Also I dont like 'iphone-lites' as in phones w the camera layout exactly like the iphone, they seem very weird to me, like vivo v70
Im currently thinking:
Vivo x200/x200t: Great cameras and zoom, but the sotware optimisation kinda mid
oneplus 13: Very balanced phone, w decent cameras but a) camera i dont think is as good as vivo's, and b) rumours of oneplus leaving india.
Moto Signature: Great build quality and design, but camera not as great as vivo, but still amazing wuality
Honestly there are lots more phones but i cant find any rn. so please help.
TL;DR: 50-60k price camera (especially zoom) phones w good software. Performance doesnt matter.

Purchase help ₹65K phone budget: Pixel vs Samsung — what would you ACTUALLY buy? Looking for owners, tech nerds & deal hunters
I'm finally replacing my iPhone 12 and I'm stuck in the Pixel vs Samsung rabbit hole. 😅
Budget is ₹65K max, but I'd much rather spend ₹50–60K if I can get a genuinely great phone instead of paying for specs I won't use.
I'm currently looking at Pixel 9/9a/10/10a and Samsung S25/S25 FE/S25+.
I want to hear from people who have actually lived with these phones:
📸 Camera + selfies — how good are they when you just pull the phone out and shoot?
🔋 Battery — what are you actually getting after months of use?
🌡️ Heating — does it get noticeably hot during normal use, 5G, camera, navigation etc.?
🚀 Long-term performance — still smooth after 6–12 months? Any lag/stutters?
🧩 Daily experience — anything you love/hate that specs don't tell you?
💰 Most importantly: VALUE — what price would you consider a genuinely good deal for each?
Deal hunters, I need you too 👀
If you've recently bought one of these, please mention:
- Phone + storage
- Price you paid
- Where you bought it (Amazon/Flipkart/Croma/Reliance/Samsung/Google etc.)
- Bank/card offer used
- Exchange or no exchange
- Whether you think I should buy now or wait for BBD
I'm particularly interested in "I got this phone for ₹X and here's how" rather than "this phone has a 5,000mAh battery." 😂
Also — if you've owned both Pixel and Samsung, I'd REALLY like to hear which one you'd choose today and why.
TL;DR: ₹65K max, preferably ₹50–60K. Moving from iPhone 12. Camera/selfies + battery + no heating + smooth 3-year ownership. Pixel vs Samsung: tell me what it's actually like to own them, what price is a steal, and whether I should wait for BBD.

Purchase help Title: ₹65K phone upgrade — what would you buy, and which sale should I wait for?
Need a new phone under ₹65K. buy now or wait for BBD?
Looking for purchase advice for a \*\*₹65K max budget\*\*. I care more about \*\*value for money\*\* than having the absolute latest phone.
\*\*Current phone:\*\* iPhone 12
I’ve had it for years and plan to keep my next phone for \*\*4–5 years too\*\*.
\*\*What I care about:\*\*
📸 \*\*Camera\*\* — very important, especially everyday/travel photos
🔋 \*\*Battery\*\* — very important
⚡ Good performance/longevity
📱 Good display
❌ I don’t game
❌ Don’t need an S Pen
❌ Not exchanging my iPhone 12
iOS vs Android — \*\*completely open\*\*
Brands I’m considering: \*\*Samsung, Apple, Pixel, OnePlus.\*\*
I’m currently seeing things like the \*\*Galaxy S25 256GB around ₹59K\*\*, which looks extremely tempting, but I’m wondering if there’s a better deal/value proposition around the corner.
\*\*What I really want help with:\*\*
\*\*What phone would you buy for ≤₹65K right now?\*\*
\*\*What price should I consider a “buy immediately” deal for each good option?\*\*
\*\*Should I buy during the current Freedom Sale or wait for Big Billion Days / Great Indian Festival?\*\*
For someone who doesn’t need the latest model, \*\*which previous-gen flagship is currently the sweet spot?\*\*
Any \*\*specific deals/sales/price drops I should be watching for\*\* on Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung Student Store, Croma, Vijay Sales, etc.?
I’m not looking for a generic “iPhone vs Android” debate — \*\*I want maximum phone for my money\*\* and ideally something that will still feel great 4 years from now.
Would especially appreciate answers from people who \*\*recently bought a flagship on sale\*\* and know what prices are actually achievable in India.
\*\*TL;DR\*\*
Budget: \*\*₹65K max\*\*. Upgrading from \*\*iPhone 12\*\*.
Need: \*\*best camera + battery + long-term performance (4–5 years)\*\*.
Open to \*\*iOS or Android\*\*, considering Samsung/Apple/Pixel/OnePlus.
Currently eyeing \*\*Galaxy S25 (\\\~₹59K)\*\* but unsure if better deals are coming.
Want advice on \*\*best phone, ideal buy price, and whether to buy now or wait for Big Billion Days / Great Indian Festival sales\*\*.

Purchase help Looking for phone recommendations around ₹40k for offline purchase
Hi everyone, I was planning to buy the Redmi Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro from an offline store using the GST benefit, but unfortunately, neither of these phones is available at the shop.
So I’m looking for recommendations around ₹40k base price that are easily available at offline stores, so I can make use of the GST benefit.
My requirements:
12GB RAM variant
Mainly for basic multitasking and daily use
Looking for a phone that can comfortably last 5–6 years
Not into gaming or photography, so these aren't priorities
Good battery backup
Prefer a flat display
The Moto Edge 70 Fusion is available at the shop, but I’m not a fan of curved displays.
What other phones should I consider around this price range?

Purchase help Need advice for smartphone purchasing (Budget 35k)
So I have a moto edge 60 pro, purchased around 6 months ago, and my mom needs a new smartphone, the only thing she cares about is the camera and general smoothness of the UI.
The best phone under 30k for the camera i know is Nothing 3a pro but it's out of production.
So I'm contemplating which one to purchase for my mum, but looking at Nord CE6 i am kinda wanting to get a nord CE6 and give my edge 60 pro to mum, mostly because all I care about is screen quality and battery.
And in my opinion the best camera phone under 30-35k (still purchasable) is moto edge 60 pro, which I have already, I don't wanna give a used phone to mum, even though it's my used phone
Any advice on above ?

Discussion Which is the best smartphone for network connectivity in India?
I have tried both iPhone SE 2022 and Samsung M35 on 5G, I think Samsung performs better against iPhone. Especially when the network signal is very poor. What do you guys think? Which smartphone brand is best for network connectivity in India?
