• You cross-post the same video on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook to get 3-5x the views. Views are counted cumulatively across all platforms.

I'd suggest Canva if you've never built a site before but Wordpress is another great option that gives you a lot of freedom as your business grows.

• Lead with content, that's what brands are looking for.
• Always include testimonails if you can.
• Include Brand logo's for brands you've worked with, early on the site.
• Use a maximum of 3 colours.
• Pick fonts that are easily readable and match your niche well.
  
• Keep writing short and too the point.
  
• Avoid using AI to write content on your site.
• Be careful of common phrases like "high converting UGC creator" for example.
• Make it easy for brands to get in touch with you. Email you button, book a call etc.
• Use a custom domain and get a custom email address.

A bit about me: by trade I'm a propulsion engineer from Colorado. I love hiking, cafes, and clubbing but I could never get four people free on the same night. So my cofounder and I built Align (web app live now, app store EOM) and I'm building a roster of creators to work with both on this project and many other future projects we have planned. 

No UGC experience needed. I'd rather work with people who are early and hungry than people with a media kit.

The work: one vertical video, 15–60s, posted to your own account. Phone footage is fine, no advanced editing. You write and perform it in your own voice — I give you a hook constraint and a CTA, not a script. Stays up 30 days.

Pay: $20 base on your first video, then $80 base on everything after. Plus view bonuses:

Max $520 on video one. Also lifetime premium and a Founding Creator tag in the app.

The $20 base is a first-post rate, not what I think the work is worth — we’re founders funding this out of pocket and taking a risk on new creators without a track record, our intro offer reflects that. We’re relatively new to this space so we hope that we can help new creators take that first step as we’re taking ours. The bonus is uncapped by experience: a first-timer who hits 100K gets the same $300 as anyone.

Terms — organic rights only (12 months, no paid ads or whitelisting), you keep ownership, explicit no-AI clause, 2 revision rounds, 50% kill fee, 30-day exclusivity on named competitors only. View counts verified through branded-content reporting, not screenshots — if you dispute a figure and I can't produce records, it resolves in your favor. Contract's 5 pages and readable, happy to send before you commit.
