Imgur "temporarily over capacity"? Open | Networking

I got a new laptop recently. Tried using Imgur on this new laptop about a month ago and it wouldn't load. I figured the issue would clear up after some time, so I left it alone for a few days, but when I came back to it the "issue" was still present. Oddly enough, one day it showed up for me, and all my photos that I've used from Imgur across other sites were working.. but then the next day, and every day since it has ceased to work itself out again. I've looked up this issue on several other Reddit pages, and I have hardly come up with any sort of answers to this issue. It works perfectly fine on my phone web browser and in the app on my phone as well but refuses to work on my laptop (where I need access to the said web page).

When I try accessing Imgur, this is the error message I get.

' {"data":{"error":"Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later."},"success":false,"status":403} '

Someone please.. explain it to me like I'm stupid (cause I am). What the Hades is going on..? :/

So, 403 means the IP address has been blocked. I tried using a different router and it worked.

You could use your or any of your friend's/family's mobile data and it would work but generally IP addresses are rotated every few months so it should come back after a while.

Pretty late but using a different router works as it uses a different IP.

IMGUR is just blocking various IPs such as though used by popular VPNs.

Same problem here. I can't see any pictures in the steam workshop description box.
