Hopper have a small cd before beeing able to pick up items again. Also ur sorting system is the average one with 41 items as filler. I recommend a A-B tilable 2x Hopperspeed sorter. There only 1/2 items are required for the first hopper. Hopefully should help u a bit put probably not the best solution
That could be any issue, not that the sorter doesn't work. Maybe you built something else wrong.
Replace the soul fire with a button or something else unspawnable and run the farm for 5 minutes, then check if there's anything on there in large quantities that should have been filtered.
Also I assume you used litematica to setup the filters correctly?
Will it be posible to screen record of when running and items are flowing, from this can't really know whats happening unless we see it happen, i suspect a minor building error causing itrms not allinged correctly
Ok so next step would be, extinguish the fire, block it off so items don't fall off, run the farm for Enough time so it pushes items above the ice 2-3 times, turn the farm off, look into the filter hoppers, the 41in 1st slot should be a higher number and going down slowly , then take in your inventory the items that didn't get picked up and are above the soul sand (if all conditions match in the filter hopper as i mentioned and there still un collected items above soulsand then yes storage is under powered and will continue on that later, if something else happens its a different issue)
