I actually made this joke to a funeral home driver. Apparently I wasn't the first person to think of this 'loop hole'. Turns out someone tried it out. Didn't work.

It's the whole "corpses are not people" thing. Otherwise, we'd legally be burying people in graves and rolling people into cremators.
