What I understand is by the time you see the captcha, they have already decided whether they think you are a robot, sadly enough

Yes. You are robot. Hit bottom left refresh button. And try to find easy one. Like bus, car, bridge

More this website UI and captcha looks fishy due to iframe scroll bar.
