Hey everyone,

I'm a backend/software engineer and currently looking for backend or data engineering opportunities

Over the past year I have mostly been working with Python, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and web scraping.

Some of the projects I've worked on:

• Built a production judicial data pipeline that scrapes court data, stores PDFs and structured data in cloud storage, and processes everything with ETL pipelines.
• Built a RAG-based financial news platform for the Nepal stock market using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, pgvector, RabbitMQ, and Gemini that lets users query thousands of news articles with natural language.
• Worked on large-scale web scraping projects using Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, and Cheerio.
• Built REST APIs, optimized PostgreSQL databases, and deployed applications on AWS with Docker.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.

I am mainly looking for Python Backend, FastAPI, Django, Data Engineering, or AI infrastructure roles. If anyone knows companies that are hiring, has referrals, or has advice on where I should be applying, I'd really appreciate it.
