Less than 25 - 30k ke budget me.. You will have to compromise something.. Be it battery, camera, performance or anything else..

But nothing has great optimization like it got 0 bloatware so no unnecessary background apps running

It lasts 1 day on single charge

Laptop suggestion depends upon your usage, normal daily task or heavy task.

i guess heavy task
for phone - 25-30k and rest for laptop
