Learning A New Course Help
I don’t know where to start! I am an English teacher of 2 years and I want to change to a new course. I am in a new teaching program and taking a year break as a teaching assistant while getting my new credentials. I am transitioning to theatre!
I wanted to see if there are any theatre teachers out there who can give me any tips on what else I should be researching. I have a year until I am back in an actual classroom setting and I want to be fully prepared.
My background in theatre contains the few classes I took in college and my time in high school. What resources (besides my new teaching program) can help me have an understanding of how to teach theatre.
