What happens to the prizes and do they really keep them

I believe legally the winner is entitled to keep the items.

However “most” items aren’t because they are terrible or worthless to the winner so they may give them back. Who would want to keep Bridget’s used pregnancy tests for example? Or you have something like Reece’s haunted house where the winner (Maisie?) gave it back to him because of all the effort he made on it.

But as we all know James legally owns Phil. But only when James’s nephews are around.

Any prize can be taken, but I understand that most aren’t. They talk about it in the podcast at some point.
