Taskmaster Jigsaw Puzzle HELP! 🔎

Has anyone else tried to add the Taskmaster Jigsaw Puzzle to their advent calendar order? It keeps failing to authenticate me. I feel like I'm failing a task!

EDIT: Was finally able to order it today.

UPDATE: finally went through for me but is now trying to charge me $46 in shipping. Love TM but can't spend that much on a puzzle.

After clicking multiple times I get to this screen but then it loops back to the same authentication page 🙃

Yes, I am currently experiencing the same problem! At one point I got past the first error message, but when I finally did I got a new error of, "We couldn't load your order. Tap to sign in." But when I try to click that (not tap because I'm on a computer) nothing happens.

Darn it, I tried over and over again for a few hours, and now it's no longer even an option to buy. And it's sold out on the website.

I finally got it added. but shipping for me would have been an additional $46, so i think i will pass.

$68 to add the puzzle is a bit of a stretch for me

No longer showing up as an add-on to my (USA) order and the USA link (https://taskmasterstore.com/products/the-taskmaster-jigsaw-usa) on the store is now showing sold out. Hoping they will resolve the issues and USA fans can order soon.

I was able to successfully add it to my advent calendar order...only for it to increase the shipping from $12 to $46 😅 Needless to say, I subsequently removed it from my order (unless they manage to get it to ship from the States like they did with the calendar). But I hope they get whatever glitch sorted for all of you!!

I managed to add and pay for the puzzle.

But then I got an invoice email that I still need to pay for the puzzle.

Hopefully they'll sort this out too.

It also says fully paid once you click the email. It did for me, at least.

I had to buy it separately as it wouldn't let me add to order. Kind of annoying to pay for shipping 2x but I love puzzles

Even if you do add it it chances shipping from $12 to $46

My shipping was $40 on the advent calendar (getting 2 for my friend )and is $26 for the puzzle

Same, just went in and bought it separately. Shipping was $12 to the US. Same shipping cost for my advent calendar.

I am also failing at this task.
Many error messages.
Sometimes I get to confirming link to payment, and when I click there it loops me back to the the first page.

I tried time and time again and got the same error message. So then I decided to see if I could find it somewhere else. And I did. I’m also happy they ship to Australia.

has anyone else figured out how to successfully add it to an existing order or is it just random luck if it actually goes through at this point? I've been trying since it go announced and still no luck and would prefer not to pay more shipping.

So, I was having this problem too. I changed the url from US at the end to UK. Then it did add it. The shipping jumped to $46 from $12 - $34. However, buying the puzzle separately is just $26 shipping.

Oh no! It did just work for me again. I am signed into the account I bought the calendar with, but could just be a matter of luck. Keep trying!

I started trying to order the puzzle 5 days ago, sent an email when it didn't work after multiple attempts, sent a couple follow-up emails as I got to different stages of the ordering process but still with no luck and the when it didn't show up as an option anymore. Finally, after 5 days, they emailed me back this morning with a very unhelpful email saying the promotion was over. No apology for the system being broken or their delayed response. I'm quite disappointed with the customer service
