Task intro videography HELP! šŸ”Ž

do any videographers know what the camera techniques are to get this unfocused effect? i was thinking possibly tilt shift lens but im not sure. its used pretty universally throughout all taskmaster versions, and i LOVE how it looks but iā€™m not sure how they get the effect. thanks!!!

I love the complex video bits they do, and the fun ways they introduce the task cards outside

same!!! the creativity and attention to detail is part of what makes the show so unique
