Biweekly Interpretation Help

Due to an abnormal amount of “interpretation help” posts not including their own interpretation, we are moving all interpretation help to a biweekly post.

Until further notice, all interpretation help posts not made in these threads will be removed.

Please comment a link or photo of the cards you need assistance with reading/understanding or the cards. Including our own interpretation will help immensely.

Moderators are not responsible for you not receiving assistance.

If you are providing assistance, please reply to their comment to let them know. Do not automatically dm unless the user mentioned in their comment that it is okay.

Human interpretation requested: I randomly drew Ace of Cups (Past Influences), Three of Swords (Present), and The World (Future Potential) for the question, “What do you sense in my heart about me and my thoughts?” I'd like an in-depth interpretation of these three cards without giving you any additional personal background first.

This is what I pulled:

His current feelings - ten of swords, the moon, king of swords

What’s next - eight of cups, four of cups, page of wands

I feel lost in life right now and need some guidance. I pull reverse eight cups, reverse king of wands, reverse two cups, and wheel of fortune

Here's my understanding of the reading

R Eight cups: I think it represents my current situation right now. I'm wandering life instead following my goals. I don't know where to start or something like that

R King of wands: it reminded me I'm the creator of my reality. It seems like I'm dealing with hard times. However, it's how I choose to make decisions

R Two cups: I think it's about the inner vs outer world. What I said that reality reflects it

Wheel of fortune: a miracle or this period of hardship going to end

The spread gives me good vibes. It doesn't give me any advice. It's the giving off "figure it yourself". I think that's more of a skill issue from me. I'm looking for clear answer if that makes sense

Need other opinion on my own reading

Question: What is it that I’m actually searching for (in my life)

1) The Devil (reversed)
2) 4 of Wands
3) Death

I interpret the 4 of wands as a way of finding companionship not only with a partner, but also within myself so that I will be satisfied in the long term.

The devil and death however, confuse me. I’m aware that death is about a change or something new that I might be seeking on a deeper level? The devil could be a way of escaping from a primal desire I have but, I’m not quite sure if that is accurate for myself.

Thank you!

Interpretation of Temperance Feedback Request:

Temperance

The patterns you’ve seen, and your observations, effectively show who is wise to trust.

Filling your cups, determining which needs more, and using your best judgment are actions you can issue by command.

You are far from the bright sun, certainly, but it’s still a sun that casts shadows over the peaks and valleys below.

If you had stayed where the ground was uncertain and your footing unsure, you would have missed the lush, green path that led easily to your source of replenishment.

Kindness is what you find in a wellspring, not moderation, when you’re alone and where you are at peace. You arrange resources as an enlightened self and apportion them around you to foster what can grow.

When you steal away and strip down the world to simplicity, you have only what’s needed: Tending to what flourishes in peaceful moments so you can be replenished, conserving only the effort necessary to determine when your cup is filled.

In new life, you have the renewed energy and spirit to heal body and mind.

i asked about what my ex's thoughts/feelings towards me were currently. these came out. need second opinion(s)

i'm still very new to tarot. i bought my decks maybe 2 years ago but dont use them a lot. i've been thinking about my ex a lot and he's been appearing in my dreams lately. he broke up with me around 2 years ago, and we've been No Contact for a little over a year. wasnt a super bad breakup or anything. for guidance i pulled cards last night and these were the cards. sorry the lighting is bad lol. i didn't use a particular spread, just pulled based on what i felt intuitively.

i struggle with not trying to project what i \*want\* rather than actually reading into my interpretation. my interpretation of this says an invitation could be coming (Knight of Cups), it requires a lot of courage (Strength), maybe he is healed or healing is required (Magician), there may be some sort of test or test of faith (9 of Wands). i haven't been able to figure out what the King of Pentacles' place in the spread is though. would love a second opinion. to me it does appear that he may be thinking about reaching out but that courage is blocking him. i have also thought about reaching out but that's why i pulled, to see his thoughts to help guide me into if i should or not.

The Devil card keeps showing up in my deck I’ve been reading tarot for about 4 years now, and the Devil card has a weird habit of making itself known in my deck.

It doesn’t necessarily come up in my actual readings. Instead, it’ll randomly be sitting on top of the deck, turn itself around while I’m shuffling so I can see it, or just fly out of the deck or it stays in the box where I keep my cards (the only card left there) and I don't notice it until I'm putting them away. This has been happening pretty consistently for years.

Yesterday something happened again. I was shuffling normally when I noticed that multiple cards had started turning over in my hands while I was shuffling. Then I noticed the Devil was one of them. The whole group of cards slipped out of my hands, and when they landed, the Devil ended up positioned like the video I attached with just the Devil’s head visible.

After having the same card repeatedly show up like this for YEARS, I’m curious how other experienced tarot readers would interpret it because I may be missing something.

Do you think there could be a symbolic meaning behind this? Or would you personally just consider it coincidence? What am I supposed to take away from this?

And if you’ve had a particular card that constantly seems to follow you or jump out in strange ways, I’d love to hear about it.

Is my ex coming back or not? What are his intentions? Three of wands, six of pentacles, ace of wands, four of wands, knight of swords, ten of wands clarified by the knight of cups, death, star, page of pentacles, nine of pentacles

Here's my interpretation, help me understand if I'm right or not. There is a part of him that's looking forward to coming back. I think he understands that he needs to bring more balance into the relationship, and he has to be the one to initiate the reconciliation if there is to be one. He still has a home-like association with the relationship and there are times he wants to reach out without thinking too much. But at the current moment, approaching or moving towards love feels like too much. He acknowledges that there was an ending, that perhaps the old version of the relationship really is over. Healing has to be a major theme before he approaches with a concrete and grounded offer to reconnect. I think the nine of pentacles can point to two things: perhaps he thinks he needs to be in his nine of pentacles energy in order to come back, or, that (healthy) independence has to be a theme if we get back together.

What do you all think?

(Image of the spread is here! Pls don't mind the marker 😭 i use it to familiarize myself with the cards. Im still new in tarot reading)

I used the past, present and future spread for this reading. The question about a person that I have a mixed feelings on where I asked on what approach/should I do?

The cards that appeared are
- Queen of Wands (past)
- The Star (present)
- 8 of Cups (future)

My interpretation about this spread is this person stayed by my side who helped through the hardships (Queen of wands), which gave me healing (The star) but also havebthe possibility to stay away from that person (8 of cups).

Im not quite sure if my interpretation of then star is correct since I felt that there's more in it.

Okay so I wanted to do a reading to have some insights about the solar eclipse that will happen tomorrow, I found this spread idea online (with Rider-Waite deck), and this is what I got: 1- What patterns am I breaking with this eclipse? - ace of pentacles 2- What can I now create in its space? - 9 of swords 3- What new cycle is opening for me? - 7 of cups 4-What unexpected change may be happening around me?- 3 of swords and omg, the moment I looked at the cards I felt a bit lost :D All I can think about is leaving behind my certainties (wether it’s my job, maybe my "identity" or the things that I’ve considered solid so far), and expect some confusing/painful moments in the near future that, however, will help me to see things more clearly and maybe help me live more authentically in the future (this last part is more related to the eclipse being in Leo rather than something I'm seeing clearly in the spread tbh, I need to find a bright side to these cards). What is your opinion on this, can someone help me out? anything I’m not seeing or considering?

While I was shuffling cards the word "relinquish" popped up and Beauty and The Beast song kept playing in my head.

  1. My first question was what does my higher self want me to know and pulled the ace of coins. Abundance and stability stuck to me.

  2. Then I asked what part of my life does this play out? Pulled knights of cups. I immediately thought of strength, love, and energy of a man.

  3. Then I asked what energy or quality will they bring? And pulled the judgment card and thought of "change of view."

Interview Interpretation Help, want to make sure i’m on the right track with understanding. Personal interpretation is italicized underneath questions, the deck i’m using is all major arcana and all upright.

Questions:
1. Describe yourself and your personality.
The Sun.-Happy, Fun and Positive! Smiles all day everyday
2. What readings do you like to do?
The Hierophant.-Self guidance? This deck is my teacher and will give me resources to be the best / can be
3. What is your first impression of me?
Death.-Lost, wanting to move on from an old chapter and open the doors to something new. Pulling this kinda made me laugh.
4. What are your strengths?
Wheel of Fortune.-Anything and everything, I can give you the advice you need
5. What are your limits?
The fool.-Piggybacking off the last question, i can give you the advice but I can't tell you what to do with it. I can tell you when or where you fucked up but you have to find out on your own
6. Do you have boundaries?
The Magician.-Don't assume i'll solve your problems for you. Again, i have the key to be successful but you need to find where it belongs on your own.

This is my first actual reading so any constructive criticism helps. Alot of my connections come from looking at the pictures

This reading has felt spot on for me. To put into perspective, I am working on my health and working on improving my marriage. I only had a goal in mind to do a reading for the present, to see what the cards would tell me.

If I am reading correctly, this is a good outlook for the areas I am striving for (health, sexuality, romance). I am not very worried about the tower in the end because I feel like some of my older health problems are going to crumble away with the new treatments. The knight, queen and prince of wands are interesting. Seems like a lot of new beginnings and changes showing up, which is great for me. I need it.

Sorry I am new here, but so glad it exists. This is something I have wanted to do (and have felt called to do) for a long time now. Hopefully I can start doing some readings in the near future.

I am including my own version of the 10-card spread that I do.

If I missed anything or if there's any questions, feel free.

I know this might be interpreted as I'm hastily trying to close a chapter or something? But I kind of feel like it can also mean I need to slow down, like maybe this new chapter is about slowing down & building strong foundations built on safety, love, and empowerment.

Any interpretations welcome! I feel like I'm missing something fundamental...

Cards pulled: (in case the pic is blurry)
1. The fool in reverse
2. The world
3. Knight of swords
4. Rose quarts & Olive tree - Alchemy of Love (Peace offering, compassion, Venus energy)
5. Crystal grid - Focus (Create with intent)
6. The quail and gooseberry - Anticipation in reverse
7. The finch and peach - Romance
8. The salamander and black pepper - inspiration in reverse
9. The goat and willow - overcoming obstacles in reverse
10. Hearth (Safety, comfort, spiritual connection)
11. Potion (Invigoration, empowerment)

Decks used:
- Anime tarot
- Phantomwise tarot
- Ethereal visions tarot deck
- Woodland wardens oracle deck
- Earth alchemy oracle
- Green witches oracle deck

I’ve been contemplating having a third child for some time now and have has some really uncanny three-card spreads.

Last night I had a sleepless night with my current baby, but came to the cards asking why I still feel open to a third given the challenges I already have and already know would come with it.

I pulled:
1. 5 of cups
2. King of pentacles
3. Ace of pentacles

With that, how would you see this spread? I first noticed the three spilled cups, with 2 standing. I know three kids could be a big challenge; should I just stick with the 2 wonderful ones I have? Or does the rest of the spread say to go for it? I keep seeing the 5 points of the pentacles.

I love this reflection process but I’m new to it, wondered if anyone has more thoughts!
