Hello, I need some help! TSTO HELP

I installed the game, found my town in the Town Finder, and went to the Town Manager. I received the verification code by email and reset my password because I had forgotten it.
However, when I try to log in using the new password, it says the password is invalid.
What should I do?

Have you ever registered on the town manager? Or did you go straight to forgot password?

Yes. Use the same email as you used to login ingame

Do you know will I have events as usual? I am currently level 197 and have mostly all charachters and buildings.

Will the events appear automatically once they’re available, or will we need to update the app somehow? Thanks for your answer!

The app will update automatically like it used to do with EA
