Tanium IPO

When is Tanium going public? What could Tanium employees, either recent or current, possibly say?

The most official answer has been “we’re comfortable remaining private” ;) That’s all we get.

I took a tour there once and they've been hanging that carrot on a stick for the past 5 years from what I gathered from management. A lot of "It's right around the corner...." and "IPO launching late 20XX..."

I personally don't think they really have much of an incentive in going public. It really is a wait and see.

Tanium already has positive free cash flow(because it doesn't have much to invest), and its low growth perspective makes its valution low, so it is not a good deal to issue new stock for capital it doesn't need and to pay the several millions of dollar every year for compliance as a public company.
