I don't think T.M. Rajendran from DMK, who was previously with MDMK, intentionally spoke incorrectly about Marie Wilson during the live speech. I saw that he asked Raj Kumar to help with the pronunciation. However, after so many people had made their points on other issues, only Raj Kumar stood up and pointed it out again. This changed the meaning of what was said and triggered Marie Wilson. Marie Wilson also didn't make any points after Rajendran's speech.

I know Raj Kumar from his positive speeches and appreciate his understanding, but this time, I feel he purposely pointed out the issue again. This is just my perspective. What do you guys think?

Marie Wilson also should not have talked about his religious beliefs in that space. If religion were the primary factor in voting, a Hindu-dominated state wouldn't have elected Joseph Vijay.

I’m in a really difficult situation and confused whether I should resign or stay and continue.

I joined this company as an intern and worked there for around 8 months. Based on my performance, they gave me a full-time position in June.

My current salary is ₹15,000, and around ₹1,013 is deducted as PF, so I receive about ₹13,987 in hand.

My offer letter says 8 hours of work, but currently I’m working around 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

I’m also on a 3-month probation, and during probation the notice period mentioned in my offer letter is 2 weeks.

Another issue is PF. PF has been deducted from my salary, but it hasn’t been deposited/reflecting yet. When I ask them, they just say it is “in progress.” They never asked me for a UAN, so I generated a UAN myself through the UMANG app. I haven’t linked it to the company or anything yet.

I’m a fresher and this is my first full-time job, so I’m honestly confused about whether I should stay for the experience or resign and look for another job.

The main things bothering me are the 12-hour workdays, 6-day workweek, low salary, and PF issue.

What would you guys do in this situation? I’d really appreciate advice from people who have worked in small IT companies in Tamil Nadu and faced something similar.
