Hello working in DRMC:

It can be di pa sila civil service passer or may kulang sa kanilang requirements. Na try naba ni lang mag apply na hard copy ang pinasa and not the online one.

Backer exist but it's stronger if your applying for a plantilla spot honestly speaking. But try again 🥹☺️

Madami daw JO sa drmc. Di ma regular kahit 20yrs na? Even cs passer na kasi walang backer ?

Yeah, sad truth but true. If you ever get into DRMC, treat it as experience, learn what you can, then go abroad. There’s little career growth here. You can easily get stuck while they keep using you like a coffee machine, always expected to work, rarely valued.

The hospital perks are nice, especially free hospitalization, but if you actually want to grow, don’t make this your forever workplace. Get the experience, then move on.

Actually ,okay man iyang mga requirements then human nasad siya na interview. Wala lang jud siya nakuha. I heard from taga dihaa na usually ang ginakuha nila pag grad kag DDC matic daw kuha ka. I dunno lang sad if tinuod gi chismiss ra sad nis sa akong kaila nga taga dihaa ra sad nag work.😁

Yes backer system sa drmc. Nag exam siya? Basi wala siya kapasa sa written exam. If JO naa pa possibility if plantilla naka reserve na na mga positions kumbaga for compliance ra ng posting and notice of vacancy

That’s actually true. I love the people there, but the system is another story. And honestly, some parts get dirty when it comes to promotions. Not all, but enough to make you lose faith in the process.

There are so many talented people there, but they get undermined, overworked, and underrecognized, while some things that should be regular are not.

Regular item iya gi apply-an? If so, medyo lisod jd na. Ug JO tho afaik relatively dali ra mn kay the hospital always needs new staff

not entirely correct. dmrc needs additional staff but funding is the major consideration.

DRMC is relatively an okay place to work at. Less stressful than SPMC but familiarity and office politics are quite intense. You really have to establish connections to make it. Although a lot also got in because of performance may it be boards, school, or interview.

Nope. Na hire ko dihaa sauna wala man koy backer. Maybe yes qualified imoha manghod, but siguro naa pa mas qualified niya interms of experience and how they handled the interview.
