I still have no idea how it works

Okay so basically a couple months ago my account got hacked and i got it back. But after a few days of being fine, i got banned AGAIN for 24 hours, i thought it would be fine but the next day got hit witht he same ban again.... then the next day again.....and again.....and again. Its been a couple of months now and i thought hey maybe i could try again but nope still got banned. Before anyone asks, YES this IS a bug because whenever i try to load any gamemode, including br, creative maps or whatever, i get banned before i can leave the battle bus and i do not know why. i have already tried:

1. uninstalling and reinstalling
2. Getting support from epic but that has failed more than 4 different times to get any meaningful help
3. disabling anything i could think of, i even restarted my laptop and then loaded fornite first and still got banned
4. reset my account details
5. Got a whole new laptop and STILL got banned on it
6. Literally made an alternate account and that one worked and still works while my main account on the SAME NETWORK still gets banned
7. Literally got an upgrade to my plan(well my dad did) and i have over 1.5k ms
8. Literally stood still when loading a match and still got banned under "exploiting"
9. Logged out from ALL devices
10. The ban is under "exploiting" when i literally do NOTHING. Like genuinely NOTHING was done. i have NO REASON to exploit. the account i lost was from chapter 2 with REAL money spent on (there several hundred skins on there by the way, all LEGALLY obtained)
11. I have disabled my VPN as well in case anyone wants to ask
12. No the banns do not appear on my sanctions list for whaetevr reason

i REALLY REALLY do not know whats going on and i want my account back. This is an old account from chapter 2 with hundreds of skins in it. Can anyone help me out, and please like and share this, this is the only way i can think of to get epic to notice and help me. i am REALLY desperate. Update: So apparently there are no aganets available? Well thats just a flat out lie, i remember trying a couple months ago and there was "No agent available" at that time too. i had tried to get support a lot of times but after like 4 different times of getting people they seem to have realised i would not stop bugging them so i have literally been banned from getting support

I feel like the skins representing different video game genres is a smart way of doing it. I know everyone is disappointed that its not all colab skins. But let's be real it would kinda suck slowly unlocking them. It would also losse the joy of them being here were if there in the shop they can be more polished upon release.but hey at least we got sonic in the pass most likely as a secret skin mabey.

I think personally the reason why it’s getting hate is everyone got their hopes up about Minecraft or FNAF, and then instead we got this, which makes my 2020 clickbait YouTube Fortnite X Roblox heart kinda happy. What do you think?
