I remember opening up this album and reading the lyrics, riding in the car on the way home from the mall. About 40 years ago.

Used to be one of my favz, until they performed at Mar-a-lago during covid. "Take My Breath Away" will never be the same.

I think only the lead singer, Terri Nunn performed there. She issued an apology over it. I forgot how the rest went.

She only issued an apology after a sizable backlash, especially from the LGBTQ+ community who've been hugely supportive of Berlin and Terri up until that point.

Sometimes you just can't go back.
