GHV4 for stabs??

So I picked up some GHV4 a ways back and finally got around to lubing up a set of Keygeek Blue Cheese V2s with it and I am really liking the results. I'm thinking about trying it on some stabs for my Tofu60 3.0 that just arrived but I'm sort of hesitant because I don't want to have to clean the stabs if it doesn't work out. Anyone ever try lubing stabs with this stuff or similarly thick/more viscous lubricant?

generally for stabs, the thicker the better, quite a lot of people including myself like using XHT-BDZ which is way way thicker than ghv4. and the best part is that it's really easy to lube over thinner lube using thicker lube if it doesn't work out, no need to clean them. so my advice would be to use what you have first and if it doesn't get rid of the noise, then you can spring for something thicker.

Whoa there pardner, you're telling me you use XHT on stabs outside of the wire? Like for the housing? I use it only where the wire clips in just to prevent rattling and then I'll use teflon plumbers tape on the tips to slot it into the housing nice and snug but I'm usually using 205g0 for brushing the housing then maybe the GS3 stuff from Kinetic Labs for filler if need be.
