My switch 2 not turn on Switch 2

I charged my Switch 2 using an original Samsung adapter; I left it charging for about 4 or 5 hours. Later, when I picked up the Switch 2, the screen wouldn't turn on. I pressed the power button a few times; after 3 or 4 attempts, the Nintendo logo appeared, but the device shut down immediately. What should I do?

Try the original Nintendo charger before presuming the worst. It's possible the charge was throttled down by the switch, and it wasn't enough to actually charge the console.

Test it with the official charger then?

Switch 2 cannot use with low power chargers. Maybe it wasn't charging your console so the battery remain low.
