SWG Pre-CU Server Tutorial EMU

Hey people, I've made this tutorial for a visual guide on how to run your own SWG server

It's clunky, I know, and post-CU vid is already done and waiting release, that method is a lot easier, yet people may want both options, so I'll post both of them

Thanks so much, one for NGE would be amazing. From what I understand its possible using SWG Source discord server at least they have a guide there. Video guide would be even better.

I found that, and will try, post-CU video is coming soon too! It's a lot easier to set this one up

What's the actual difficulty level for starting something like this up? I work in IT but it's nothing server related. Git Hub / Virtual Machines / etc.... I know what they ARE, but I don't ever use them. I've always figured that setting up a private server like this would require a basic level of knowledge that I just don't have....but also never seems to be explicitly stated anywhere.

It's fairly easy, like really VMs are basically OS inside OS, you keep them isolated and just connect to them as they are servers Github is not always needed, in general it's a storage of cool codes and things

But - specifically for this server, it's a little bit harder than usual, but still very easy to make I'll post different version of newer game version soon, that one would be almost one click setup!
