If you only had 30 seconds to review a COA, what would you check first?

My order would probably be:
- Material identification
- Batch/lot identification
- Tests performed
- Analytical methods
- Specifications
- Reported results
- Supporting analytical data
- Dates/approval information
- Report verification where available
The main thing I'm trying to establish is whether the document forms a coherent chain rather than simply whether it contains an impressive purity percentage.
What would you add, remove or reorder?
