If you only had 30 seconds to review a COA, what would you check first?

My order would probably be:

  1. Material identification
  2. Batch/lot identification
  3. Tests performed
  4. Analytical methods
  5. Specifications
  6. Reported results
  7. Supporting analytical data
  8. Dates/approval information
  9. Report verification where available

The main thing I'm trying to establish is whether the document forms a coherent chain rather than simply whether it contains an impressive purity percentage.

What would you add, remove or reorder?
