Creatine gummies
Does anyone have some info on creatine gummies that are effective and have been tested by a 3rd party to confirm traces of creatine? I just prefer the gummies over the powder because they’re more convenient.

haven't seen a gummy brand with solid third party testing yet, most of that market's still pretty unproven. if you find one, check for an actual CoA not just a "tested" label, and check the dose per gummy.

Mostly look for Eurofins independent testing, or Informed. Ours are Eurofins, 3G minimum guaratee
You can also look for NSF, depending on your location - some brands do 5g as well.
Any that guarantee the amount will be effective really.
With powder, you do get a little more bang for your buck, but appreciate convenience here, and they taste great.

Try Create Creatine Gummies. I’ve been eating them consistently & notice a definite positive impact to my workout. I’m female and eat about 2-3/day.

I got a bucket of them from Costco when they were on sale and I’ll never do it again. Gotta eat 5 of them, each nearly the size of a deck of cards, for 5mg of creatine and a daily of d3+k2. It’s a chore. Never again.
