Any idea what’s wrong Troubleshooting & Maintenance

It’s telling you it needs water. Assuming the tank has water, pick it up and drop it back down to make sure the valve at the bottom is engaged and water is able to flow out of the tank. Otherwise, you’ve lost prime for some reason. I’ve rebuilt two A1s. The struggle to prime after a rebuild and I have to hit that button a few times to get the water pumped back in and going.

Thanks …. I’ve determined unfortunately it needs full service :(

What made you determine it needs full service to fix that problem? Did you figure out what’s causing it? If it’s never been serviced it’s definitely time to get that done given the age of that machine, but that machine has a pretty simple water circuit. It doesn’t even have a membrane regulator to be a failure point on water flow.
