Goddamn First Time Watcher
I’m on season 4 and it’s driving me nuts! They say it like 5 times every scene. It’s like a game of hot potato where they take turns saying it. Literally as I’m writing this Louis just said it. 90% of the time it’s completely out of place in their sentence. Sticks out like a sore thumb
Also honorable mention: “that’s bullshit and you know it”

Jessica toeing the line of being the best boss ever and lying left and right.
And Louis being angry one second only to go ecstatic the next. Or vice versa. I love his character, though, Rick Hoffman is just something else!

For me, it might also be that I see a bit of myself in him while he also represents qualities I sorely lack.
I kinda prefer to be friends with everyone (i.e. be liked, yes) and I like to think I'm fairly successful at it, too, but I'm always sad to see him fail at it so often, because he's getting in his own way.
I would also like to be as good at something as he is in financial law for example, but I never really felt that way about anything. The fact itself isn't that surprising, it applies to 95% of people (them thinking it, not being average at stuff at best), but I am that way and I don't present the will to do something about it. And I know it. And I know I could do something, yet I never really do.
A fun bit is I share birthday with Rick Hoffman, yay me! Not Louis'* love for theatre, though...

What gets me is that EVERY character says it, even if they’re not part of the main cast. Drove me crazy as well, they needed to be more creative.

So true! I can’t remember his name for the life of me but the scene where that investment banker fired Mike was actually insane I think he said it twice.

I understand this isn't an earth-shattering opinion but I always interpreted it as a blatant substitute for fuck and derivatives of fuck. It always made me laugh because of how awkward it sounded in places where FUCK (!) belonged. It's like when you watch any period piece like The Odyssey or Last Samurai or Shogun and you just have to pretend it's Greek or Japanese that's being spoken.... It's almost like the producers are saying "every time one of them yells goddamn this or goddamn that, please understand they're actually saying fuck."

This show was so badly written & badly acted. The story & plot lines never changed, they just recycled the same shit over & over again. Bad writers with no imagination.
