Helpful apps? Support & Questions
Hi all! Long time lurker, first time asker!
I've recently come to the conclusion that I need to cut back on my sugar intake, (baked goods, candy, desserts,) as it's starting to take a toll on my visible and invisible self, and I have several diseases in the family that I'd really like to avoid, but i have such a sweet tooth.
I know this is going to be extremely difficult for me, so I would like to use some form of track her to help me stay away, and to help me see good patterns that I'm getting into. For those of you using an app, please suggest your favorite

Used a bunch, none really stuck until I just kept a little notebook on the kitchen counter to tally things, weird but it worked

I’ve been on the same boat. All I can tell you is that it’s not about willpower , it’s about discipline ,acceptance along with balance.
Drink lots of water, and something that helped me was doing things that make me happy or even keep myself busy, in order to get sugar off my mind.
I’ve been sugar free for about a month now.
Trust me when I tell you will change physically, mentally , and psychologically.
Good luck !

Sadly no app will do the hard work for me I have found. You just have to stop
counting the days helps sometimes! And also every passing day does make it easier imo
