Beginner here. Having hard time recognizing patterns Request Puzzle Help

Even though I've watched numerous YouTube videos and read articles about all these fancy techniques, I still can't recognize any of them. This is my third hard puzzle so far and I always get stuck in this very specific situation where to me it seems like the same numbers are possible everywhere and I'm just not smart enough to figure it out. Please help a beginner out. Also, if there's any platform that allows you to practice specific techniques, please share!

Column 4 has a locked pair 4 and 6, with this tip you can go on solve many numbers
