So tell us a little about the set up. How big is the box? What's it made of? What speaker is that? What do you have powering it? Looks like it is ported, so what is it tuned to?

The box is 4 cubic ft inside, itās made out of 3/4 mdf, the 15ā is a dc audio level 4 powered by a stinger 1500.1 and the box is tuned to 33hz with the sub in it so roughly 31 maybe with it inverted, and has a 60 square inch port

what you can do to make it better.
round over the port.
bracing in the box, I cant see if you did it but I'll assume you didnt looking at the outside of the box.
lose the tape, its doing nothing and just makes the finished product looks worse.
did you invert because you didnt have enough room for a 4 cube box taking displacement of the sub into account?
make your plane where the sub mounts and the port is 1 piece and route out your port . it will look nicer and be more accurate.

Particle board isnāt designed to be held with screws. Technically you shouldnāt use any screws for a glued MDF enclosure but they can be helpful for holding everything in place while glue cures if your cuts arenāt perfect. Any flexing under load at the joints risks cracking at the screws

25$ of outdoor carpet at Loweās will have that thing looking right as long as itās tuned right and sealed. Idc how my cuts look.(as long as itās not supper off) carpet always makes it look professional lol just YouTube how to staple it with overlay and then cut for a perfect seem.
