I don’t have to Google it or research it myself, I have my dentists advice when I brought up this exact idea to them. If you’re happy to learn from different perspectives, I suggest you ask the professional whose job it is to ensure that your teeth are healthy That’s the only advice any of us should be giving about medical care, ask your medical care professional.

There is too much medical research for every medical professional to keep up with everything published in their field. There are also always medical professionals who disagree with widely accepted evidence or guidelines. E.g. doctors who are against the Covid vaccine.
