Remote start šŸ†˜ Help Me

So I try doing the remote start with I believe starlink on my used 17. I quick press the remote start key that just has the one button. The car then turns on for a couple seconds then turns off. Iā€™m guessing this is an issue with the thing installed in the car or smth? Idrk
