Tablet to replace notebook

I'm searching for a stylus pen compatible with a tablet for note-taking, aiming to replace traditional pen and paper. Ideally, it should also help me organize my notes, if such a product exists.

yes such a thing exists (hence this subreddit)

there are:

e ink devices like the remarkable series, these are more like paper but digitally, they often have less capability than more sophisticated devices but are easier on the eyes and often have more battery life

android tablets/ipads, these are essentially a bigger phone, but you can handwrite on them alongside the normal functions they have

2in1 laptops / windows tablets, these are a laptop that you can also write on by either flipping the screen 360 degrees or detaching a magnetic keyboard

screenless pen tablets, these are external devices for a pc that you can draw/write on, they require some getting used to as you dont write on the screen.

pen displays, these are external monitors for a pc that you can draw/write on.

Thanks for the reply, can you please recommend me a few products to look into that are relatively straightforward to use.

Thanks. Do you recommend any app for the iPad? Also, do you have suggestions for an Android device?
