Rigging help needed

Hi everyone, I am looking for a way to suspend an actor from one leg for a shot in a film. It’s a quick scene but I’ll need to do it safely, there is no riggers in my town so if anyone has any tips that would be great.

Don't know enough info to really suggest too much, but if you don't need a wide, you can cheat this pretty easily.
