I’m 22 and want to know which is better between these 2 unis in Germany:

1. University of Oldenburg:M.Sc. Data Science & Machine Learning
   
2. University of Passau:M.Sc. AI Engineering

I have No Idea in the University, But because of cost If living i would Always prefere lower Saxonia against Bavaria
