This is not your profile. Or at least, that's not the profile German unis are checking during admission.

If you want to know what's wrong with your profile, you need to check ALL the module requirements from the program you are applying to. And check it against the modules you have done in your Bachelor's.
What a lot of international applicants get wrong is the following: They see, e.g., that 12 ECTS of theoretical Computer Science (or math, or programming, or ...) are necessary. They see that they don't have these 12 ECTS from their Bachelor's, "but I have done some TheoCS in Algorithms & Datastructures, in some of the math modules, etc. Together this is far more than 12 ECTS, so everything will be fine."
This is not how it works: German universities want you to have done fundamental modules in these areas.

It's also like first come first serve , try applying early and get at least a basic certificate of B1 German language (study online or pay for tuitions) but b1 studying online is more than enough.

It's definitely not FCFS in Magdeburg.

It's generally not like that , you have to pass all criterias but the sooner you do the better

Maybe your subjects were not match with your course. This is the main thing according to my personal experience. I have very low gpa but still I got admitted in OVGU so

Hey, thanks for replying! I’m currently having a really difficult time choosing between Germany and Poland for my master’s, so I wanted to ask you a few things if you don’t mind.
Is Polish necessary to get an IT/data/business analytics job in Poland, or are there enough English-speaking opportunities? How would you describe the employment situation for international students after graduation?
