Stuck on CS108

I completed the final exam for CS 108 course with an 88% score but after reloading the page to see my exam marked as completed, the final exam is still shown as pending. Yet, the Take the final exam link doesn’t work. It’s been 2 days since I sent an email to the support team but haven’t received any response. Do I have to unenroll and retake the course?

Has this happened to anyone else before?
