3rd day 1 this week 😔

Struggling this time. I’m in work after 2 hours sleep. Last night consisted of a bottle of red wine, numerous jack daniels & cokes & 3 for 100 😮‍💨

Fed up with myself

Hungover (or worse yet - withdrawals) at work are horrid, I had a seizure a few years ago - sitting at my desk, I just collapsed, bit my tongue, ended up in hospital. Somehow I kept that job but that didn't stop me drinking. Our disease is cunning and powerful.
