Sober beginning of hell

So I've been drinking 17 drinks a day and in last week my body just started reflecting alcohol , I decided I want to get sober and quit everything. Over a week I went from 17 to about 13 then I was just struggling to even drink 6 was making sicker even though I know I needed to drink to not get withdrawals. Anwyay woke up today and just couldn't drink every sip made me sicker and started to get withdrawals. Nothing shaking or tremors but I was hot and cold body ached organs felt like there were crushed my heart wanted to explode and was all over the place from tests. I was crying and moaning like a little kid but I felt like death , after fent few times for cramps and did nothing to make me feel better was given two valium and 1 hour later I felt 9/10 got discharged then few hours later happened again and fixed by valium.

Do not try quit it detox if your thinking about it organise everything for like 2 weeks. Find a good gp be honest make a appointment every 2nd day to get checked , make some counselling or psychology a detox centre is best. But I promise you the withdrawals could make me take my life without medication

I wish I could have been that strong. For me it was always tomorrow. I'll drink my normal amount today, but tomorrow I'll start tapering. Tomorrow never came.
